Order Buttons on Button Bar

I'm running Joomla 5.0.2 and when i log into the backend, there are buttons on the same row as the Home Dashboard, such as Take a Tour, and User Menu.

How do you change the order of those buttons?

Click the "spinner" on the column heading (second column from the left), then click-and-hold the three vertical dots and drag the row where you want it.

Helps if you set a filter for position = status.
