Instalation Issue - An error has occurred while processing your request Topic is solved

Hi Guys,

I am trying to install Joomla_4.4.1-Stable-Full_Package, but I have this error when I try to access to http://host1.com/installation/index.php

An error has occurred while processing your request.
0 Failed opening required '/srv/vhost/host1.com/home/html/administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php' (include_path='.:/opt/remi/php81/root/usr/share/pear:/opt/remi/php81/root/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php')

I have the server en arsys and I don't have ssh access just I know that the PHP version is 8.1 and the steps that I did below:
1. Download the .zip Joomla_4.4.1-Stable-Full_Package
2. Copy all the files with Winscp to the server
3. Put in the Chrome http://host1.com


Some can help me, please.
I replaced the name of the host by host1 per security.

Thanks but remember in this case I dont SSH access.. and also I have PHP 8.1.

But try php 8.0

It could be your web server does not have permission to write to administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php - this file is created during installation (and recreated on page load if deleted). So investigate your host file permissions.

Just a general question: Why not trying latest version Joomla 5?

When I tried the Joomla 5.. show me the same issue I was thinking that has not compatible version with 8.1

Thanks to all! Solved. It was releated with the web server did not have permission to write to administrator/cache/autoload_psr4.php as ceford mentioned. Thanks again.
